Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations on physical management of Inventory and warehouse logistical processes.
- Safely operates a forklift to transport materials, load and unload trucks, and assist with warehouse operations.
- Utilize warehouse software, particularly SAP, to manage inventory, update records, and streamline warehouse processes.
- May lead other warehouse employees and oversee daily operations.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kanban, & Kaizen events.
- Follow the process for Continuous Inventory management; controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with SAP systems.
- Manages customer service requests related to shipments or receiving promptly and resolves issues quickly.
- Maintains warehouse area and equipment in a neat, clean and orderly manner to observe the compliance with the safety and GMP in the team.
- Escalate maintenance issues or requests to Maintenance or Supervisor.
- Special Projects and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of (3) years of industry or related experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Forklift Certified preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder or stairs to retrieve and put away inventory.
Ability to read shipping documents, shelf labeling, and other items to complete assigned tasks.
Must be able to count and do basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Flexibility to work overtime.
Ability to plan and organize work schedules
