Position Title: Sr. Analyst, Treasury

responsibilities:
- Executes compliance protocols guided by Mativ’s Global Treasury Policy and Global Cash management policy
- Management of treasury operations and controls (approve wires, files, ach and positive pay)
- Oversees daily cash balances and transfer/settlement of funds
- Researches and responds to inquiries (internal and external) regarding treasury operations
- Prepares US cash pooling reporting
- Manages hedge advise and accompanying receipts/distributions
- Coordinates and validates debt interest payments and accruals
- Initiates monthly debt interest rate elections
- Borrowings/repayments on Mativ’s Bank revolver
- Monthly AR Securitization reporting
- Bank administrator for online banking systems (BofA CashPro, JPM Access, Merchant Services)
- Provides support for cash forecasting, weekly cash reporting, and the monthly treasury close process
- Opens/closes bank accounts and other services with banking partners and performs bank maintenance functions as needed
- Analyzes banking products and determines best fit for Mativ’s needs
- Maintain and update the master list of all banks and associated account numbers
- Prepares documents for regulatory requirements, including KYC
- Provides analysis on financial risks in-market, including foreign exchange, interest rates and P&L impact
- Reviews all Treasury implications in connection with local or regional acquisitions and divestitures, providing support to the Treasury department leader
- Ensures compliance to internal control policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local laws
- Supports or participates in operational excellence projects that are focused on simplifying and automating cash collection processes
- Support’s special projects as needed and other duties as assigned
- Up to 10% travel as needed
qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Business or Finance
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Treasury or related areas
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced MS Office Skills; Advanced Excel
Preferred
