We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector at our outstanding Trient Manufacturing Facility in Woodville, Wisconsin.

Essential Functions:
-Provide production inspection support and dock audits as needed to determine acceptability of product, including documentation of quality standards and sampling plans as needed. 
-Operation of precision measurement equipment such as Micro Vu Optical, Comparator, Burst Testing and Instron Force Tester.
 
-Calibration of precision measurement equipment                                                                             ---  -Data entry and review of multiple yield and efficiency reports. 
-In coordination with other departments ensure proper document control is maintained throughout the organization. 
-Other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager. 
  

Qualifications:
-Requires High School Diploma or GED
-Excellent communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external customers
-Ability to work well with Microsoft software
-Hands on experience with inspection and test equipment, preferably Force Testers and Optical Comparators, such as a Micro Vu.
-Background and understanding of first article inspection and PPAPs preferred
-Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints
-Analytical and decision making skills
-Strong verbal and written skills
-ISO9001 experience required, TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 experience preferred
-Able to work in a fast paced team environment, sometimes under pressure of shipment deadlines, and fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision
