The role of a Director of Cloud Engineering and Integration is to oversee and enhance the experiences of both our customers and employees.  As a manufacturing B2B organization we are looking to implement many cloud platforms including CRM, Web Development, HCM, Quality systems etc.  Role also includes all custom development, software engineering and integration.

responsibilities:

      Develop and Implement the Customer Experience Technology: The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall experience of our customers. This includes understanding customer needs and expectations, identifying pain points in the customer journey, and implementing technology solutions to improve customer satisfaction.  This will include:

• Web assets – maintain the current websites and technology consolidation into one strategic web platform.
• CRM landscape – strategize the right CRM platform and rollout CRM to Business Units without a CRM as well as increase utilization of current CRM tools.
• Customer Portal – integration of this capability across the Business Units.

      Develop and Implement the Employee Experience: The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create a positive and engaging work environment for employees.  This will include: 

• Implementation of success factors across Mativ

• Integration of HR data with other systems.

      Lead Custom Development, Integration and Warehouse Management Technology: The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to implement a Quality technology platform. This will include: 

• Implementation of QiSoft across Mativ
• Custom Development and integrating technologies.

      Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:  We have a complex landscape of ERP’s, MES systems and infrastructure and it is critical to work closely across these teams to ensure clear architecture and integration of data.  Stay updated on industry trends and work closely with the BRM groups for ensuring proper communication. 

• Strong communication with BRM and PMO.

• Architecture across the entire landscape as connected with these technologies.

      Team Leadership:  The role is responsible to lead a diverse team to maintain the technologies to enhance the overall experience for our customers and employees.  

• Help enable a culture of We Partner, We Listen, We Deliver, We Care.
• Thought Leadership and Technical Expertise across this competency.  
• Effectively lead and develop internal talent and work with System Integrators.

qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT related field OR equivalent professional experience working in IT (15+ years)
• 10+ Years of Implementation of CRM platforms like Sugar, Salesforce with integration of data to ERP systems.
• 10+ Years of Implementation of Web sites and digital experiences including Customer Portal, ecommerce, web sites implementation.
• Multiple experiences in B2B, B2C, manufacturing organizations
• Experience implementing HCM tools like workday or SAP Success factors and being able to maintain integrations across other IT systems.
