Responsibility:

  1. Develop and optimize the Operational Excellence (OE) framework to elevate overall Suzhou plant OE culture, performance metrics, and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
  2. Provide support and/or lead plant level continuous improvement projects in support of the operational excellence vision and strategy.
  3. Work closely with each functions to identify and capture process optimization opportunities according to the developed the OE program.
  4. Lead the CIP projects for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  5. Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and deploy advanced Lean/Six Sigma tools (e.g., DMAIC, 5S, TPM, SMED) to diagnose end-to-end operations, eliminate non-value-added activities and elevate overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  6. Analyze information from existing data collection platforms (such as MES, Andon, WOV, etc.) to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  7. Provide Suzhou teams regular training and coaching concerning the OE system or tools of Lean & Six Sigma
  8. Establish and maintain a robust control system to monitor, track, and sustain OE projects, QCC activities, and Kaizen events; ensure adherence to standards and timely escalation of deviations.
  9. Adhere to Lean and six sigma system, work with Engineering and Quality department for the quality and process improvement project.
  10. Follow and continually monitor established safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and maintained.
  11. Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging MES, Power BI, and digital visualization tools to enable real-time performance monitoring and fact-based decision making.
  12. Maintain projects status for Suzhou site in PPM platform
  13. Participate in cooperate OE meeting as required and Benchmarking or sharing best practices

  1. 5 ~ 10 years hands on, manufacturing experience in the field of CI

培训经历 Training Experience

  1. Lean manufacturing, QCC, OPL, SMED
  2. Shop floor management: 5S, TPM
  3. PMP
  4. 6 Sigma

知识、技能及等级要求 Knowledge/Skill and Level Requirement

知识要求 Knowledge Requirement

  1. Black Belt certification and familiar with Minitab
  2. Good English speaking is a plus
  3. Value stream mapping experience

  1. Good communication skills and strong people management skills.
  2. Presentation skills to concisely update management on key initiatives and results
  3. Good analytical minds to figure out problems and propose solving directions
  4. Demonstrate strong material and information flow transformation step knowledge
  5. Understanding to develop metrics to measure performance
  6. Proficient in using Minitab and could provide training and guide to others.
