Sales Manager

岗位目标

负责汽车滤材(滤纸等)在乘用车/商用车OEM客户的技术推广与销售,达成区域业绩目标,为客户提供全流程技术解决方案。

核心职责

  1. 客户开发与维护
    • 开拓全国主机厂(如上汽大众、特斯拉、吉利等)滤材新项目,对接采购、工程部(动力总成/车身部门)。
    • 维护现有客户关系,管理供应商准入、技术协议签署及年度价格谈判。
  2. 技术方案销售
    • 理解客户滤清器性能需求(过滤效率、容尘量、压降、寿命等),提供滤纸基材、复合工艺等定制化方案。
    • 主导技术交流会,向客户展示产品测试数据。
  3. 跨部门协作
    • 联动德国研发团队,推动新产品在主机厂的认证落地。
    • 协同质量团队处理客诉(如滤清器失效分析),制定改进措施。
  4. 市场与竞品分析
    • 监测主机厂新车型滤清器技术趋势(e.g. 低阻高效、抗菌功能),反馈客户需求。
    • 分析竞品定价与策略,制定差异化销售方案

      任职要求

      必须条件

      • 教育背景:本科及以上学历,材料科学、化学工程、车辆工程、机械等相关专业。
      • 行业经验
        • 2-5年汽车滤材(滤纸/熔喷布/复合介质)或滤清器技术销售经验
        • OEM主机厂工作经验:曾在动力总成工程部、车身工程部,负责滤清器开发/供应商管理。
      • 技术能力
        • 熟悉滤材关键参数(克重、透气度、挺度)及生产工艺(湿法/干法成型);
        • 了解主机厂滤清器技术标准(VW TL 52001, GM 6277M 等)。
      • 资源基础:具备长三角主流主机厂(上汽系、特斯拉、吉利等)客户资源者优先。

      加分项

      • 掌握OEM项目开发流程(APQP/PPAP);
      • 英语熟练(可读写技术规范);
      • 混动新能源车long life滤清器项目经验。

      做事积极主动,执行力强,学习能力强,能够快速适应新环境并胜任多任务工作,具备良好的综合素质与团队合作精神。

      • 高效执行:快速响应客户技术询价、样品交付及问题解决,确保关键节点按时达成;
      • 学习与适应:主动跟踪项目进展,适应主机厂多项目并行的高节奏工作环境;
      • 综合素质:具备优秀沟通能力、商务谈判技巧、内部及跨部门协作意识,以团队合力实现客户价值最大化。
