1. OT Double checking with manual & Biometric punch
2. On daily basis Linking attendance with grey tip
3. Checking contractors bill
4. ESI card for all employees
5. Ensuring  attendance bonus & OT for all employees

4. Admin

1. Ensuring Housekeeping activities
2. Security Maintenance
3. Canteen management
4. Bus/Van co-ordination
5. Maintaining Garden
6. Maintenance of Stationary & safety Shoes & Napkin Incinator
7. Getting Visiting cards, ID cards for new joiners

5. Others

1. Ensuring gift vouchers for employees birthday
2. Sending In punch to employees
