Position Responsibilities:
Incumbents will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining levels of inventory items for work in progress. Ex. Getting various requested Materials ordered by Machine Operators.
- Works in cooperation with garbage truck operator to empty waste bins daily.
- Prepares waste products for shipments.
- Assists with organization of materials. Including: Bin relocation, combining bin contents, and inventory checks.
- Weights and stores materials in designated locations.
- Assists Shipping department when required.
- Prints ID labels for materials.
- Always keeps general aisles clear and clean.
- Keeps Warehouse Manager informed of any irregularities related to inventory.
- Other duties as required
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
- Be willing and available to work, on average, 14 days/month
- Be willing and available to work rotating 12hr shifts (day and night shifts)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Grade 12 education
- Manufacturing / Forklift experience is an asset
- Basic math with testing is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24.07 to $26.23 / hour

- Group RRSP with 6.5% employer match
