The Regulatory Programs Data & Analytics Manager in Alpharetta, GA is responsible for enabling environmental regulatory compliance through data, reporting, and systems-driven solutions across Mativ's global supply chain. This role serves as the bridge between regulatory and business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex regulatory requirements into scalable data models, reporting capabilities, business processes, and technology enhancements.

The position will support the identification, analysis, and management of compliance-related data requirements while partnering with IT, Master Data, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to design and implement sustainable solutions. Responsibilities include defining reporting frameworks, supporting data governance initiatives, documenting business requirements, and ensuring regulatory data can be efficiently collected, transformed, and delivered to customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

As global regulations continue to evolve, this role will assess the operational and technical impacts of new requirements and help drive the implementation of enterprise capabilities that improve compliance readiness, reporting accuracy, and organizational effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead supplier data collection programs, including outreach campaigns, response tracking, escalations, KPI reporting, and compliance data readiness monitoring.
• Manage regulatory data validation processes by reviewing submissions, identifying data quality issues, coordinating remediation activities, and maintaining workflow governance.
• Support customer and internal stakeholder requests for regulatory documentation, compliance evidence, and data-driven inquiries through established service and ticket management processes.
• Administer regulatory-related master data, supplier information, assessment tracking, documentation repositories, and reporting capabilities to support ongoing compliance requirements.

• Manage packaging compliance data and documentation, including packaging attributes, Declarations of Conformity (DoC), reporting support, and data maintenance activities for PPWR initiatives.
• Coordinate collection, transformation, validation, and consolidation of regulatory data required for annual regulatory declarations and external reporting submissions.
• Conduct research and impact assessments for emerging environmental regulations, translating regulatory requirements into actionable business, data, reporting, and technology requirements.
• Prepare governance meeting materials, compliance metrics, executive reporting, action logs, and program status updates to support decision-making and regulatory oversight.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to identify process improvement opportunities, document business requirements, implement controls, and support the delivery of scalable compliance solutions.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into detailed business requirements, data definitions, reporting specifications, and system enhancement requests for technical implementation teams.
• Support the establishment of data governance practices, reporting standards, and process controls to improve compliance data accuracy, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

Education/Certifications/Experience                                                                                                                                      

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or Master’s in related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, compliance, ESG, or data analytics roles
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data sets
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory or technical requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global environment
• Experience working with ERP systems, third-party compliance platforms, or data tools
