Since 2022, ITASA - Industrias de Transformación de Andoain is part of Mativ, and we have been manufacturing high quality release liners for a variety of applications and industries, since 1974. Today we are considered a global reference in the release liner market for both siliconized paper and film.
RESPONSABILIDADES
-Análisis diario del producto terminado con el encargado de almacén para preparar el plan de cargas diarias y para almacenaje en almacenes externos sub-contratados.
-Contratación de las cargas a los operadores logísticos definidos para el destino y servicio oportuno, en el sistema ERP de la compañía.
-Generación de documentación para envío de esta a la compañía transporte correspondiente y a customer service.
-Facturación de las cargas.
-Seguimiento de los transportes para dar soporte a customer service.
-Gestión de las incidencias por servicios de carga y entrega contratados.
-Gestión de despachos de aduanas.
-Control, seguimiento y actualización en el sistema de entregas en almacenes de consigna
REQUERIMIENTOS
-Necesaria experiencia en departamentos de Logística: cubicaje de las cargas terrestres y marítimas / seguimientos.
-Deseables conocimientos de comercio internacional-Incoterms: marítimo y terrestre.
-Conocimientos de ofimática (Outlook, Excel, …)
-Inglés nivel intermedio.
-El/la candidato/a ideal debe tener, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, cumplimiento de objetivos, persona organizada, resolutiva y estar acostumbrada a trabajar bajo presión.
-Necesario claro enfoque en el servicio al cliente.
-Disponibilidad tiempo completo.
-Coche propio.
