Reports To: Director of Marketing Communications

 

Location: Alpharetta/ Hybrid

 

Role Summary

The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for leading integrated campaign strategy and execution across digital, content, and design channels. This role drives demand generation and marketing activation, manages agency partners, and ensures cohesive delivery of campaigns, content, and creative assets that support commercial growth

This position acts as the campaign design and activation lead, working cross functionally with the Director of Marketing Communications, Marketing Activation team, and external agencies to bring campaigns to market efficiently and consistently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation programs aligned to business priorities.
  • Serve as Campaign Design Lead, owning campaign frameworks, messaging alignment, and executional flow across channels.
  • Support campaign execution for Mativ’s Industrial and Release Liners brands, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and timelines.
  • Translate strategy into actionable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

 

Content Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute the content strategy in support of integrated campaigns.
  • Create and oversee demand generation content and sales enablement assets, including campaign materials, digital content, and supporting collateral.
  • Support broader content creation needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

 

Digital & Web Management

  • Oversee all digital properties, including day to day maintenance and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage and execute media buys, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and budget parameters.
  • Oversee web properties and digital execution in partnership with agency teams.

 

Agency Management

  • Direct and manage external agency partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead execution with agencies across campaign development, digital activation, and creative production.
  • Ensure agencies deliver on scope, timelines, quality standards, and performance expectations.

 

Creative & Asset Development

  • Lead customer enablement asset, including Sales Enablement and presentation materials video content, graphics and visual assets
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing Communications and Marketing Activation team to ensure creative consistency and alignment with brand standards.

 

Budget & Performance Management

  • Own monthly and quarterly budget reporting for integrated marketing and campaign activities.
  • Track spend across campaigns, media, and agency engagements, ensuring fiscal discipline and transparency.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing Communications, Associate and Assistant Marketing Managers,Global marketing stakeholders (sales, corporate, finance, customer service, R&D etc.)
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure campaigns and assets support commercial need

 

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications preferred
  • Three (3) - Five (5) years of work experience in executing marketing campaigns in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in demand generation, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Hands on experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Ability to lead creative asset development across multiple formats.
  • Strong project management and cross functional coordination skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance.
