Human Resources Business Partner

Summary of Responsibilities:
Leads and implements HR strategies aligned with company objectives and culture, emphasizing safety, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition, training, compensation, and benefits.

  • Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance, and development.

  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

  • Serve as main contact for HR inquiries, including benefits and performance.

  • Oversee performance management and career development activities.

  • Support training needs assessment and local HR budgeting.

  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and compliance with labor laws.

  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and union relations where applicable.

  • Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR experience with strong employee relations background.

  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
