In this role, you'll coordinate the legal customs requirement guarantee the Annexes 24 y 30. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the training of logistics personnel, overseeing internal procedures and policies, and problem-solving within the area

Primary Responsibilities

• ERP System Support & Optimization
• Configure and customize Infor LN ERP modules to enhance supply chain and logistics functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ERP system, collaborating with the IT team to address technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Process Improvement
• Analyze and assess current supply chain and logistics workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
• Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to understand operational needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Lead projects to streamline inventory management, procurement, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management functions.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Support
• Configure and manage our integrated manufacturing execution modules to optimize production planning, scheduling, and work order management.
• Work closely with production teams to identify process improvements, aligning manufacturing execution with ERP functionalities.
• Support quality control, production reporting, and traceability functions within the MES environment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Create and maintain data integrity standards within Infor LN, ensuring accurate and reliable data across all modules.
• Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain KPIs, inventory levels, and order statuses.
• Support data migration, validation, and integration efforts as required.
• Training & User Support
• Conduct user training sessions in both English and Spanish, ensuring teams are proficient in using the Infor LN ERP system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related questions, providing ongoing support to end-users and resolving any system-related issues.
• Develop training materials and resources to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote user adoption.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with finance, sales, production, and IT departments to ensure alignment and seamless integration of ERP functions.
• Work closely with third-party vendors and Infor consultants as necessary to enhance system functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization in both English and Spanish.
