Key Responsibilities:

Downtime Analysis & Uptime Improvement

• Analyze equipment downtime trends and implement strategies to meet MTTR/MTBF benchmarks.
• Drive plant-wide uptime of machines, utilities, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• PLC knowledge is must(Mitsubushi)

Maintenance Planning & Audits

• Conduct periodic audits across plants to ensure adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure reliability and availability of equipment through rigorous maintenance practices.

Energy Efficiency & Cost Optimization

• Monitor and optimize energy usage in line with Group norms.
• Implement best practices for energy savings across plant facilities and utilities.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements (ISO, OHSAS, state/central laws).
• Embed safety, sustainability, and process integrity across maintenance operations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Foster effective coordination with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and statutory bodies to ensure high-quality support.
• Ensure strong interface with government authorities for regulatory compliance.

Cost Reduction via Indigenous Development

• Drive indigenization and development of domestic spare parts to ensure cost savings without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to standardize spares and optimize inventory

Operations excellence

• Drive autonomous and planned maintenance pillar activities in TPM
• OEE monitoring and improvement

Facilities maintenance :

•   Experience in all utilities and facilities is required

Soft skills required

Knowledge in PPT, EXCEL and power BI

Fluent in English and Tamil
