Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Process Filtration

 

Location: Remote - EUROPE

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts within our FAM Industrial Process Filtration market segment.

In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer and the market, driving strategic growth, strengthening key relationships, and expanding our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives
  • Manage and grow key accounts, increasing share of wallet and driving incremental revenue
  • Identify and acquire new clients through active selling and business development
  • Forecast sales activities and contribute to performance goal setting
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing strategies, and discount structures
  • Prepare periodic sales reports highlighting sales volume, potential growth, and expansion opportunities
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and negotiate/close agreements
  • Review, analyze, and negotiate NDAs and supply contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Support product development initiatives by preparing business cases for new product opportunities
  • Monitor competitive activity and market developments
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and industry events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

 

     Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) required
  • 3–5 years of sales or technical sales experience within Industrial Process Filtration, nonwovens, film products, or related markets
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
 

  Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Solid analytical skills and strong business acumen
  • Technical product knowledge and understanding of industry trends
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong forecasting capabilities
  • Ability to calculate discounts, FX rates, percentages, and related commercial metrics
