Sr Manager, FP&A - Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions

TITLE:  Sr FP&A Manager, Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions Business Segment

LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA

 

DESCRIPTION

The Sr FP&A Manager will help lead the FP&A team for a ~$1.3B Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions Business Segment.  This person will report into the Senior Director of FP&A and will help in supporting the Group President on all aspects of the Sustainable & Adhesive Soultions commercial business.  The Sr FP&A Manager will assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the Segment.  This role develops insights that support decision making to deliver the Segment’s annual and long term financial and strategic goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a key finance business partner to the Senior Director of FP&A, the Commercial Group President and Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions Leadership to help deliver the segment’s objectives
  • Lead a team of FP&A professionals to prepare the monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan along with ongoing ad hoc analytical support to enable decision making
  • Own financial and business reporting that clearly communicates the drivers of the segment performance to enable decision making (including volume/price/mix analysis)
  • Partner with leaders (sales, marketing, operations, R&D, etc.) to ensure financial and strategic objectives are on track while leveraging insights to develop initiatives to close gaps
  • Facilitate FP&A process optimization efforts to drive continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting and budgeting
  • Establish and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships with leaders and individuals across the organization

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or another Business-related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Finance or Business Analytics role with meaningful experience in FP&A.
  • Strong communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholder groups, including senior and executive management
  • Proven ability to build, lead and support high performing teams with an acute focus on business partnership and analytical skills
  • Strong experience with financial modeling and analysis across a broad range of financial and operational areas, remaining hands on with financial data, reporting and visualization
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of MS Excel skills with experience manipulating large sets of data
